Warranty Activation

Eligibility

Our extended warranty service is available to customers who have purchased genuine Mimekitchen products through authorized channels, primarily our Amazon store.

Activation Process

To activate your extended warranty, you must provide complete and accurate information through our warranty activation form, including:

• Phone number
• Amazon order number
• Purchase date
• Product model

Warranty Terms

The extended warranty adds 12 months to our standard 12-month warranty, for a total of 24 months from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance
• Normal wear and tear
• Issues resulting from failure to follow care instructions
• Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
